Charlie Dean (13) has been selected to attend England Women Development Programme U15 National Trials at Wellington College next week.
Charlie is one of 36 players chosen nationally for the trials, including 4 girls from Hampshire.
She is one of the leading run scorers in her age group nationally having scored 264 runs at an average of 44 and taken 12 wickets with her off spin.

Good luck Charlie we will all be thinking of you!

Wednesday 18th June was a special day for Havant Cricket Club, as our Chance to Shine scheme was bolstered by the support of Charlotte Edwards and Heather Knight of England. The pair joined coaches Ron Hodgson, Craig Stainton, Rohan Kandiah and Daniel Oliver for an afternoon of coaching at a variety of local schools. The day culminated at St.John's School with Peter Hopson welcoming the team with 39 enthusiastic youngsters.
